 stems among multiple hyperscaler cloud providers are expected to enable br
 eakthroughs for various scientific disciplines.  Increasingly, these syste
 ms utilize cloud technologies, enabling complex and distributed workflows 
 that improve not only scientific productivity, but accessibility of resour
 ces to a wide range of communities. Such an integrated and seamlessly orch
 estrated system for supercomputing and cloud technologies is indispensable
  for experimental facilities that have been experiencing an unprecedented 
 rate of data growth. While limited-scale HPC services have been available 
 in public cloud environments, petascale and beyond data and computing capa
 bilities are provisioned within HPC data centers using close-to-metal prov
 isioning services to ensure performance, scaling and cost effectiveness. T
 his workshop aims to bring together experts and practitioners from academi
 a, national laboratories and industry to discuss technologies, use cases a
 nd best practices in order to set a vision and direction for leveraging ex
