  Intelligent Cyberinfrastructure with Computational Learning in the Enviro
 nment (ICICLE) that will build the next generation of cyberinfrastructure 
 to render Artificial Intelligence more accessible to everyone and drive it
 s further democratization in the larger society. ICICLE will foster interd
 isciplinary communities, advance foundational AI and CI, and transform app
 lication domains. The goal of the BOF is to solicit input and engage these
  diverse communities to establish a national Cyberinfrastructure for AI. A
