SUMMARY:Deploying Containerized QuantEX Quantum Simulation Software on HPC
  Systems.
DESCRIPTION:Workshop\n\nDeploying Containerized QuantEX Quantum Simulation
Software on HPC Systems.\n\nBrayford, Brennan, Moran, iapichino, Allalen.
..\n\nThe need to easily customize, reproduce and migrate applications and
workflows is steadily increasing amongst the High Performance Computing (
HPC) community, as non-traditional HPC software environments and applicati
ons are starting to require HPC resources to tackle “real world” scientifi
c problems. In addition, traditional HPC software are becoming more comple
x and are often deployed on multiple different architectures. \n\nIn this
paper, we discuss the issues associated with the deployment of the QuantEX
quantum computing simulation software within containers on different HPC
systems. Also, we compare the performance of the containerized software wi
th the software running on “bare metal”.\n\nTag: Applications, Emerging Te
