DESCRIPTION:Workshop\n\nP3HPC: 2021 International Workshop on Performance,
  Portability, and Productivity in HPC\n\nKarlin, Newburn, Parker, Pennycoo
 k\n\nThe aim of this workshop is to bring together developers and research
 ers with an interest in practical solutions, technologies, tools and metho
 dologies that enable the development of performance-portable applications 
 across a diverse set of current and future high‑performance computer
 s.\n\nWe draw from a broad research audience that includes standard langu
 ages and runtimes, algorithmic techniques, tools, libraries and non‑
 standard techniques such as domain-specific languages. We also expect to s
 ee submissions from application teams documenting their experiences, good 
 and bad, and those developing metrics and measurement techniques for perfo
 rmance portability and productivity.\n\nThis workshop has a proven track r
 ecord of playing a shepherding role for the broader community in identifyi
 ng and adapting to technology trends while fostering increased transparenc
 y and rigor for performance, portability and productivity.  The importance
  of this role will only increase with the growing diversity and scope of h
 ardware and software platforms, including more-complex workflows and data
