 ? How did you become aware of HPC? Do you know how to explain what it is t
 o other people? This short session introduces the HPC Outreach community, 
 the range of Outreach activities you can participate in, and the value it 
 adds to your community and career development. Throughout your career peop
 le will ask you “What is HPC and why is it important?”, and you should be 
 able to answer in a way they can understand. Outreach is our opportunity t
 o educate people about HPC, share our work, and grow our community. You ca
 n impact how our community will look in the future! \n\nDuring this event 
 attendees will hear from people who are engaged in outreach across many le
 vels, will learn how to get started, and will have an opportunity to engag
 e in (virtual) hands-on outreach activities. Everyone is welcome to partic
