 ies\n\nLauer, Akli\n\nAffinity groups at SC are places where attendees of 
 similar identities can meet to create community, form mentoring and collab
 oration relationships, share techniques for managing a career in HPC, and 
 activities they collectively see as important to enabling them to thrive i
 n HPC.\n\nAll affinity groups will be held on Discord and will only be ope
 n to those with those identities. Please visit the #role-request channel t
 o ask that a moderator add the People with Disabilities role for you. Visi
 t the #personal-identities channel to add Women & Femmes. If you do not wa
 nt your role as part of this group to be visible to all users in the SC21 
 Discord server, please send a message to the @InclusivityMod and we will g
 rant you access to the channel.\n\nThe Discord channels for Affinity Group
 s will be open for the duration of the conference, so feel free to hang ou
 t and chat there whenever. These meetings are just an opportunity to set a
 side a specific time for community building during the conference.\n\nThis
