Sean Smith
Biography
Sean Smith is a Specialist HPC Solutions Architect at AWS and prior to that focused developing HPC services at AWS as a software engineer He’s worked on AWS Batch and currently develops AWS ParallelCluster, an open source cluster orchestration software. In his free time he’s an advisor to the UW HPC team who’s competing as part of the student cluster competition at SC19. Sean has a masters and bachelors from Boston University where he competed in student cluster competitions in China, ISC and SC.
